The office is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 12:00 and 2:00 to 6:00.

Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you cannot attend your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being charged in full.

 



No late arrivals will be tolerated.



 

Parking is reserved for patients only.



 

Payment in cash or by debit/credit card. Bank transfers are not accepted.



 

Orthodontists are not contracted medical practitioners and do not accept third-party payments.



 

Documents for your supplementary health insurance provider (DKV, Dentalia, CEE) are provided on request.
